The Salesman

After a down-on-his-luck salesman strikes out selling shoes, he stumbles upon romance amidst a family dinner. But when an imposing young suitor interjects, the salesman must rely on his personal savvy and unique disposition if he is to have any chance of winning the love of his life.

Patterned after classic silent film comedies, The Salesman is a nostalgic tribute to the first 100 years of cinema. Winner of the Audience Choice for Best Short Film at the American Film Institute International Film Festival, The Salesman is a timeless tale told in a classic fashion. In the end, the film reminds audiences that the language of love, like film, is universal.
